ELink-EBprovides reliable, full-duplex data communications between two sites with line-of-sight clearance. It provides nE1(n=4 or 8) and Ethernet bridgelink allowing the user to connect any data terminal devices with E1, ports V.35ports and a 10/100BaseT port, which complies with CCITT G.703, CCITT V.35 andIEEE802.3. The activation of the E1 and V.35 link are autodetected and the throughput bandwidth for the Ethernet data is auto adaptedfrom 2Mbps to 14Mbps.10/100BT interface auto-sensed or user definable operation mode. Data ismodulated and transmitted to the remote-end equipment where it is recovered andpassed to the receiving user device. This process occurs simultaneously in bothdirections. ELink-EBwireless communications system uses spread spectrum processing which reducesthe transmitted power density and thus reduces the potential for interferenceinto the neighboring communications systems. For this reason, many governmentsallow such system to operate without a site license.
